• All domestic shipping is fulfilled by CORREOS, SEUR, UPS. 
• International orders cannot be placed through our website as our website currently accepts domestic orders only. If you need the product to be shipped overseas, please contact us.
• Delivery costs at 5-8 eur for orders under 50 Eur.
• We offer free delivery on orders over 50 Eur.

We aim to process and dispatch all regular orders within 1-2 working days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment.

Once an order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

In the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility. Orders reshipped to customers as one-time courtesy are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
